Palatable Portraits
The advice I would give is to try to distinguish your pictures from the pictures that were given as an example, or just try to do a little more to add to the creativity of your picture. Also I would suggest getting a good model that knows how to blow a bubble because almost everyone is doing a picture with a bubble.
This image is very nice due to its use of filling the frame. You are easily able to find the focus of the photo because of it. The cropping helps this too because it eliminates distractions in the background. The background enhances the image because it allows for the gum and cheeto to really pop in the photo. There is no wow-factor to this image, but it still conveys the different palates very well.
